This is yet another news update from Tobi,

We are sentences away from completing the translation for the release of the second test version. At the same time we are working on the third act. New Hermione is already in the system, and we are adding more content. These changes will not affect the upcoming test version, but with the release of the third version her images will be fully replaced in all acts. And no, there will not be any nudes of her, not even in archives :)

We have released another video. We are planning on getting better recording equipment and software, so the quality of the videos will increase in the future. We still have not found an artist who would be able to help us, so sadly we cannot say that we are ahead of schedule. Our work keeps going at a steady pace. September was quite a busy month for our whole team, so we could not work non-stop on the game. We continue to refine our code and the concepts we are using for the future development. In other words, at the moment, we are not working on fixing the mistakes, but rather working on automating the whole process of making decisions and completing the tasks in the future. Also we now have an icon for our game :3

We are planing to have a lot of female characters, however they will be introduced gradually. We are not forgetting about male character either. At the moment, Tobi's short-list has 20 unique character from the universe that we consider to be significant to the overall plot, and that excludes the fan service female characters, their list is just as big and under supervision of Dron. And now for the interactive part of the news, the poll, however since we find that it is inaccurate to ask which character you most like, since such questions ignore several aspects of the characters' development, we will have a series of poll in upcoming weeks, with an open poll in the end. Today we will focus on Daphne. So what can you say about new Daphne?

Буквально несколько строк перевода отделяют нас от выпуска второго тестового билда. Тем временем мы занимаемся оформлением третьего. Новая гермиона уже в системе, уже заполняется таблица контента. Второй билд мы трогать не будем, но вместе с третьим она будет заменена и в первых двух актах. Нет, голой её не будет даже в архивах :)

Было выложено новое видео, так же были добавлены русские субтитры. В скором времени приобретем штатив и нормальную петличку для того, чтобы не приходилось видео переозвучивать. Пока достойного художника нам в помощь мы найти не смогли, так что радовать перевыполнением плана не можем. Всё идет своим чередом. Осень получилась загруженной у всей команды, показать стахановский подвиг не вышло. Что ж, чем больше времени уйдет на шлифовку станка, тем быстрее и качественнее с него будут выходить детали. Иными словами, мы работаем не над решением сиюминутной проблемы, а ищем способ автоматизировать процесс принятия решения и выполнения задачи на будущее. А еще мы сделали иконку игры :3

Девушек планируется много, но вводиться они будут постепенно. Не будут отставать от них и мужские персонажи. На данный момент у меня в шорт-листе на сюжетную необходимость 20 персонажей из вселенной, не считая фан-сервисных девах, которых в листе Дрона примерно столько же. Ну и давайте попробуем слегка отвлеченное голосование: спрашивать, какая девушка вызывает больше всего симпатий - решение скверное, нельзя вырывать девушек из контекста новизны, оригинальности или контраста. Поэтому в этот раз голосование будет разбито на несколько частей, а потом будет сводное голосование. Сегодня мы разбираем Дафну. Что вы можете сказать о новой Дафне?
