Awesome! "Cringe" is exactly the right word, they wanted to make Kurt seem kinda off, so people don't sympathize with him, and apparently watched cringe compilations on YouTube, and just videos from small channels that never made it, to write and prepare for the movie. The director also wrote all the chat messages (which are fun to read, the first time I watched the movie I kept pausing and reading those)
