August Plan - Releases and WIP (Patreon)

Hello Simmers :) How was your month? Mine was busy with modding, but I am really super happy with my recent activity :)

So what comes next in August?

RELEASES - those mods are already half done, or 90% done, so for sure will come out in August

1. New interactions for Children and Teens about Dating - kids will now be able to ask parents several questions about dating. What will be parents' replies and reactions? You'll see in the mod ;) And there will be also small surprise addition.

2. Healer Career - semi active career for wizards, probably I'll add also few new spells to fit the career.

3. Duelist Master Career - semi active career for wizards , 4 branches, also for warlock and teacher.

4. Hangout with Coworkers Event - I don't know like you, but I have pretty often home assignement to do something with coworkers. Great, but if I don't go to work (cause I prefer work from home), I don't know any coworkers :P So this event will let you to hang out with any coworker and finally see all Sims that work with you :D

WIP - those mods are at very early stage. I did some research already in Sims files and I have plans how to approach the topic, I have also some fundamental code ready, but that's all. So I can't promise I'll manage to release it in August but I'll do my best.

1. Talent Contest Event for Children and Teens- with my Children Aspiration there is only rabbit hole event, but this gave me the idea to work on real event. I want this to work like mix of social event and karaoke contest. I am not sure it is possible, I gathered in-game files that might be helpful and I'll start to work on it, but I have no idea how long it will take me.

2. Project Contest  for Children and Teens - as above, I want to achieve similar mechanism here. What is Project Contest? I don't know how it is called in English :D in my country something like this doesn't exist. I want that Children do a school project at home (mostly from Parenthood, e.g.  Solar System, but I'll think also for something from basegame) and then present it during a contest. And best project wins. If you can give me a tip how this is called in English I would be so much grateful!! :D

Besides there are few smaller topics that I might also work on in between and few bigger for which I'll start to do research in files and see if they are possible. But I don't want to reveal anything else at this stage :D

And small explanation - if you wonder why I work on few mods at the same time, instead of finish 1 and release it and then start other one?

Well, because sometimes I get stuck and I don't know how to make 1 thing working. Changing the topic to other mod helps. With a small break I get fresher mind and usually later on I have this "brilliant idea" how to solve my problem. Also testing reason. On my old laptop I need to wait around 10-15 minutes to fully open a game and start testing. Sometimes I need to relaunch game 10 times during 1 testing day. It makes a lot of time. So it's more effective for me to test at once 2-3 mods :) I hope it makes sense :D
