OK I'm going to use this image for my long-ass post even though I'm mostly going to be discussing the ramifications of #15. This is the second time that Solone has established a kind of "power scaling" for werewolves. In her bio, Lucinda was identified as being exceptionally powerful, and here Cooper singles out the nature of Robyn's transformation (including her growing a tail) and her ability to resist commands as a sign that she too is very powerful. This is interesting because what it implies about the larger world and about Cooper's place in it. Every "first shift" we see from a werewolf in the Soloverse also includes them growing a tail. This includes characters we know are connected to Lucinda (and therefore possess her "potent strain") such as Patricia and the POV character from Moonlight Incidental (not turned by Lucinda, but turned by a member of her pack). But it also includes characters that as far as we know are not connected to Lucinda: Luna Gomez from DFLS and Hayley from Moonlight Drive. Either these characters independently ended up being powerful lycanthropes, OR they are actually connected to either Lucinda or Robyn. Furthermore, this is the second canonical werewolf pack we know of, as Cooper's descriptions seem to confirm that his pack is NOT Lucinda's. So for now, it seems like the individual werewolf packs seen so far are not related or working with each other.
