A new build is released, preparing for 0.2.4.5b. Here's the lot of the changes:

  • Parties should now distribute experience by splitting experience depending on the amount of party members. Here's the percentages:
2 party - 85% exp gain
3 party - 65% exp gain
4 party - 45% exp gain
5 party - 35% exp gain


  • Party exp gain proximity increased.
  • Latency buffer animation for clientside predicition w/ combat anims adjusted for ping of 30 - 120ms. May feel better in sync w/ the server hitbox.
  • Test Ring re-added to the item dictionary, should be able to restore characters who had this item.
  • "Flyby Castle" Visuals updated at main menu.
  • Lobby finder fidelity updated.
  • Robeskirts have been updated to be more form fitting with better texture alignment. (Tattered battlerobe needs re-texturing and Kubold starting gear needs re-texturing)
  • Kubold standard eye variation can now close.
  • Quest selection UI updated to be a little more readable and easier to use.
  • Various geometry in Outer Sanctum adjusted / changed.
  • Fixed the who tab entries being nearly un-clickable.
  • Increased Axehammer charge attack radius for Fighters.
  • Added sounds for click and dragging items in inventory tab.
  • Fixed enemies appearing alive / visually available while they are dead when you enter a map as a connected client.
  • Chatbox slightly updated, no longer overflows horizontally, changed font, and increased the character capacity for the input field.
  • Trigger messages should now appear for all connected clients within the map instance the trigger emits the message from. (EX: Slime Diva saying "How Irritating...")
  • Fixed catacombs deleting items when dropping them at the lower levels.
  • Adjusted "flag for pvp" hotkey from C to V.
  • Updated font sizes on character selection / creation UI.
  • Attempted to adjust being able to immediately jump attack after being knocked back, which can be disorienting. Let me know if there was no difference in that.
  • Removed "About" button on the main menu. Don't think there will need to be a reason for it to exist at this point.
  • Added "Drop X" option for stackable items in the inventory.
  • Fixed Quantity X drop element in inventory system. You should now be able to drop currency and items in set quantities.
  • Fighter hitbox colliders are fixed, jump attacking collider now works and charge attack collider now works.
  • Added a party invite confirmation system, so you now you can decline or accept a party invite.
  • Hold Shift + Left Click no longer drops items either by random or items that have no value / will not sell
  • Gave the shopkeepers rejection and purchase response a lower chance of happening so she's not potentially rapidly saying things as you sell or buy
  • Attempting to sell no value items will not move them into strange locations and break the empty slot order
  • Cross visually works for clients now.
  • Updated item sorting for equipment. All equipment types are now neatly sorted next to eachother. (Helms, Weapons, Leggings, etc.)
  • Right-clicking an equipped item next to your character viewport now brings up a prompt to remove the equipment.
