Update:

It seems that some people are having issues with the resource files loading. This is most likely a browser cache issue, but could be related to mixing old and new resource files in the same folder (because 1 file had a name change). Just in case, I've re-uploaded the game and resource files in a single .zip, which you can download here. It doesn't include the game mods, you can still download those at the link below. If you're still having problems, please let me know, or drop by discord for some direct support (as long as we're not all asleep). 

In the typhoon craziness I totally forgot to release this on Saturday, and then didn't realize until just now... sorry about that!

Thaum i placed the resourse files in place but the load stops near the end

cant get game down load to open using mego i feel like im being rip off use a zip

My load freezes as well using the same computer and set up. The previous version loads just fine.

I was having some post storm ISP issues sun-tues, so perhaps there's something wrong with a file somewhere. I will re-upload and check everything now... terribly sorry for the problems

There is a possibility that there may be an issue with browser caching, because there is a new resource file in this release. If the re-upload (in progress) doesn't work, try using a different browser if you have one (firefox/chrome) to see if that's the case. if it loads fine on the other browser, then it's likely a cache issue, which can be fixed by resetting your browser cache.

download 7zip, a free open-source archive tool to open the .7z archive. (www.7-zip.org) It's faster and allows better compression than the default windows zip tool.However, any archive program should work, such as winRAR...

Yes, still problems with starting the game; not recognising the resource files. But don't stress! Get through the storm and we can all try again with a reset combined package.
