Inspection Release v0.14.1 [patron] (Patreon)

Hello everyone! It's time for some re-release fun. This release has a pretty big variety of stuff, so check out the change logs below for more info!

There are a few bugs to be aware of, the biggest is that the "randomize" button during character creation doesn't work. There are also a few locations where you may see a variable name instead of an actual value. There's a new bug report system set up, reporting new bugs (via thaumx.com) is greatly appreciated!
