Hellboy may be a protector of earth and mankind but he's still a demon and needs to have his demonic strength recharged. At least once per year, specially during Halloween, he must descend to a region of hell called "Gargamonium" to pass through a ritual where he must be locked in various stony arms and haves body bathed in hellfire breathed by their region's lesser demons. 

The only funny thing is... the fire breathed directly to his skin TICKLES LIKE HELL! And the lesser demons knows very well, as they go straight to his big feet to tender and tickle with some sole roasting. 

The whole experience of his ticklish soles being tickle-roasted is so intense to Hellboy he often ends up having a big orgasm multiple times.
