Build 92 - "The inflator" (Patreon)

Howdy, Cadets!

This build adds a new enemy, the "Inflator", to the inflatable beach zone at "The Scar". It also fixes a bunch of bugs in the Pooltoy's combat encounter, and other small bugs as well.
