I SAW KATIE WEST! (Patreon)

Late last month I had a visit from my very best friend Katie West. 

I had Katie for two glorious nights and because I'm me I completely messed everything up. 

We started off with a plan, a great plan - but then I got called for jury duty which threw everything off. For whatever reason my brain never recovered from that change - I took what I thought was her first day with me off only she didn't get here until the evening....I had the wrong day.  And then I thought she was only staying one night when in fact she was staying two. I felt so terrible because I was juggling work and our adventures the entire time that she was here.

Katie was amazing and a complete delight (of course).

I took her to a cute little lunch spot at a local park - lovely. 

On a marsh hike where we saw NO turtles but did see some very big frogs and turtle nests for the first time ever. We went to two different beaches, ate pizza, watched The Devil Wears Prada and did all of the catching up.

Oh, and I maybe gave Katie an edible before taking her to the beach which she did NOT like but I enjoyed very much.  hehehe

Unfortunately, we did not shoot this time, we just had best friend time however, I still have 2 sets Katie shot the last time she was here to release and I'll be posting one next month for you.

1.  BEACH DAY! I got us lost but eventually found a new beach that even I had no been to. We went in however, the bottom was soggy and gross and the whole beach was a sand bar so....not incredibly enjoyable.
