LURES, long story short:

• Use the lures to entice some NPCs and unlock special events! Some enemies will be defeated if you
• Under a certain HP % (which varies between different enemies) some enemies will become sensitive to Lures. When that happens, Neneko will be able to Lure them into "finishing" animations, that will defeat them without fail!
