Near the Human's Castle. Alternatively there's single use items you get from the moths that have the same effect.

The THICC cheat doesn't lock her weight, but you can now set the Metabolism Rate to 0 in the System menu to stop any weight gain/loss!

Update looks amazing!! I can confirm that Bab's animations and other cheats are busted tho, needs a quickfix! Other than that, amazing work!

I stopped trusting my own judgment this late at night, just make sure you're using stable/beta cheats only on your stable/beta build though! I'll check just in case

I'm not having any luck with the codes either, didn't realise that I could opt into beta on steam so the stable codes don't work.
