How to Enter the Discord! (Troubleshooting Guide) (Patreon)

Hi lovelies!

One of the most common questions I receive is how to enter our Discord server! Becoming a patron (everyone in Cyan and higher tiers has access to the server) usually enters you automatically, but if it doesn't, here are some things to check on!

Getting Into the Server

1. Check to make sure you have linked your Discord account to your Patreon account. Click here for instructions on how to link your Discord account to your Patreon account. 

2. If your account is already connected, and you're still not being automatically added to our server, log out of your Discord account and clear your cache/cookies. Then, log back in!

3. If both of the above steps do not work, send a message to Patreon support! You can contact Patreon support here. 

Accessing All the Channels

1. When you enter the server, you'll arrive at the #welcome-mat page! Read all of the rules there, then click on the BLUE checkbox near the bottom to agree to them and receive your "verified" role, which will automatically allow you to see all of the channels.

2. Check out #role-assignment, and click on the buttons for the things you would like to be pinged for! There's pings for when I post polls on Patreon, pings for Jackbox nights, pings for movie nights, pings for live recordings, and pings for when I post lewd pictures (you can view them in #extra-spicy, or if you're Sapphire or higher, #lewds-locker). 

You can always go back and add more pings, or click on the button again to no longer receive those pings.
