In every café that she delivers her coffee to, Beruca always makes sure to have the baristas serve her a shot of espresso, so that she may assess their skills and ensure they're doing her coffee justice.

Generally this ends with an exchange of valid critique, but... you could say the tone is a bit different when she visits her partner's shop.
