Apologies + Revamping (Patreon)

Hey everybody! I'm really happy to see a couple new faces in here, and I can't wait to get started on my next piece for Patreon! I'm planning on making a matching trio of stickers... that are just dicks. I'm calling them dickers. I'm pretty stoked about the whole idea!

I do have to apologize though! Patreon started off strong and I was providing a pretty consistent stream of content, but I became a little discouraged over the past month due to some negative comments and tons upon tons of bots "pledging" here. These sort of things shouldn't hinder me posting what I've promised to you!

First and foremost, lets talk high-res copies. I've been doling those out via a separate text post after I post every commission, and while this is direct, it's tough to keep up with, and I really dislike the idea of bloating up your feed with 2-3 posts for every illustration! Instead, I was thinking of uploading a batch of high-res files at the end of each week, instead of as commissions are posted.

Secondly, there's the issue of Photoshop files. My lack of posting these isn't so much due to reluctance, but rather a fear of giving out my work for free. Since I cannot attach tier-specific files to a paid post, I had previously been uploading the PSD's as I had been with high-res copies: in a separate text post. What I quickly realized is that $5+ tier patrons can access and download this file without paying for the illustration, since they're posted separately! There's only one real solution to this, and that's me individually sending out PSD's at the end of each month to patrons who have paid. It stinks to have to make you wait but there's currently no other workaround that I've found!

On the brighter side of news, my shirt production of my "Crane & Sun" illustration came in the mail, and they look goooooorgeous! I'm really excited to show them to you, but I'd like to get some snapshots with a nicer camera than whatever's built in to my phone! :V

And that's about it, apologies for the delays and the wall of text! All the high-res copies I've missed thus far I am going to be uploading this coming Friday, and every Friday after! However, if you know of any artists on Patreon who have found good systems to solve the above problems, I'm all ears. I got those big ol' possum ears wigglin' around.
