Tier Changes Finalized, Payment Schedule change notice (Patreon)

I have finally removed the original "The World" Tier and moved into my new format, this is a reminder to edit your subscription!

Once February starts, I'm changing the payment style of this page to charge every month after the day you subscribed. This means you'll no longer be charged on the 1st but, rather, have a full month before resub no matter when you sign up~
