How Nami from One Piece, she is off by herself trying too find some treasure, she finds what she is looking for, but she has stumble over many traps making her clothes more baby like as she goes on, complaining as she reaches the end, it turns out the treasure as a golden rattle, but it's cursed, she shakes the rattle, only too mentally regress her more and more, till it leaves her fully regressed.

Like I said, no specific characters come to mind really, but my usual general idea is a lady who's in diapers and in need of a change ends up getting teased by another gal for those dumpy diapers, ending up 'volunteering' to be the woman's next change, either by means of magic or technology really. Potions, spells, wands, ray guns, so on and so forth.
