“ Your shaking in your boots your so scared but you wanna fight me anyway, that’s why I hate you”

This statement befuddles me But also I think this underpins the tension between Deku and Kacchan. Does he envy him that even when he's afraid he will fight any way? Does he resent the fact that he's weak and yet still puts himself in situations that demand strength?  Does he find him stupid for trying when he know Deku as a weaker kid with no powers?
