Hooman Reacts to Steven Universe (Season 2 Episode 14) Historical Friction:

Even though the focus isn't on the gems this episode rather mayor Dewey's personal vanity again we get a look into mayor Dewey's recounting of his grandparents  and being more than generous about the way things play out.   Timmy Mayer Dewey is the symbol of vanity, in this show and I don't necessarily hate it it's kind of funny but what I also think is interesting though is the commentary on how  mayor Dewey wanted to be so perfect and yet the imperfection of his family lineage is what endeared people to an even more!
