ther was a version like this too? I thought there were only the theme-"song"? so long ago that I could listen to it myself while playing... (https://www.youtube.com/watch?edufilter=NULL&v=vGUaVZN2ttw) but "game themes" makes me always want to listen again to the morrowind theme - one of my very first (open world) rpgs... https://www.youtube.com/watch?edufilter=NULL&v=nJD-Ufi1jGk great now I'm all nostalgic again :P

One thing I love about this song that you’d only get from playing the game is how the orchestral/acoustic instruments seem to represent humanity and the electronic seem to represent the aliens they fight against. In the beginning the humans are caught in between the electronic notes, then when they’re on their last legs the electronic instruments take over, and then humanity fights back and the orchestra booms in the final part of the song, playing the melody that is turned into the lyrics of “The Way:” “tell me why, just everything about you, can’t stop myself, somethings just begun—“
