Not sure if it was ever clear, but Ruby sneezes fire and stuff cause Weiss is shaking the bottle of fire dust. Oh, if you ever want more chibi stuff after you watch some more (end of V3 is best)...Rooster Teeth does have RWBY chibi (It's actually pretty great and I love it, they haven't done any new ones in a while though, sadly) Love these reactions <3

I feel like Jeff and Casey get all the love from the fandom (and more than well deserved) but it bears repeating that the orchestral score for this show is also phenomenal and RWBY wouldn't be what it is without it.
