About connection between Elia Kane (ex-Communications Officer) and Mof Gideon: at 15:20 (scene where scientist meet other guys at table) rumor was droped: -Gideon? I didn't know you worked for him. -I heard he escaped route to the War Tribunal. -No, that was just a cover story. I heard they hooked him up to a mind flayer. It maybe true, i don't really believe someone will give him a chance for redemption.

One thing I only just picked up on with my second watch through of the episode with you guys is that story Pershing told in the opera house about his mum and why he started his work in cloning is probably complete and utter rubbish. He touched his ear just before telling it indicating he was lying just like when he was being interviewed by the droid and was asked if he's feeling any anger or resentment toward the New Republic.

Surprised you didn't notice Darth plagiuos theme when the doctor decided to complete his research. Also Cain was wiping his mind to remove a lose end and cover up the cloning. Gideon sent her off before he was captured

We have never seen Gideon use Tie Interceptors before so I wonder what the chances they were from the 7th Fleet and Thrawn since Elsbeth was working for him and had the beskar staff.
