It looks like Maarva's funeral is going to be the unifying factor in episode 12. Everybody is coming to Ferrix to try to catch Cassian. I think it would be somewhat funny however if, after stealing money from his mother to get there, Syril ends up being arrested for theft, and ends up making unidentifiable metal starfish in an imperial prison .

That last close-up shot of Cassian looking at the horizon on the beach, and the color of the sky, matches the ending of Rogue One beautifully... Also, in the middle of this sad episode (poor B2😢), Bendu made me crack up: between the "ghost bricks/that is how you make a haunted town!", and imagining all the different ways Syril is planning to use to kill his mom... Hillarious!!! 😂😂😂

I had seen a video where they turn your ashes into some sort of diamond with my mom and she joked about turning her into green (kyber) Krystal as our favorite color is green. We laughed at the idea, but you know...why not? I'd leave some money behind so when I die I can be turned into a kyber crystal. My spirit would be stored in kyber.

It's certainly possible that Maarva is actually gone, but my favourite theory is that she is actually alive, but the Daughters of Ferrix/Brasso is telling everyone she is dead to throw of the ISB.
