Did you guys catch the slight and sly look of pride in Cassian's face when Marva tells him how after hearing about Aldhani, she was finally able to walk across the square with a smile on her face. Man, lasted only for a second, but Diego Luna, good job! I am preparing myself emotionally for Marva's death, but I feel it is still going to crush me. As Bendu mentioned, it needs to happen because THAT death, more than any other, will be the drop that pushes Andor over the edge towards the rebellion. "That's just love. Nothing you can do about that."

lots of random thoughts i have to share (and quickly jot down)!! • i'm really glad it wasn't just a quick "let me read this manifesto" for us to see cassian fully commit. it's really fascinating to hear in previous episodes why the rest of that rebel crew decided to fight (the loss of a job, the loss of a family, stormtroopers, etc), but we see that cassian has lost SO much by the empire and yet he's fighting/rebelling on his own and in his own way and not for a greater cause. the fact that his dad's last words to him is "this is not our fight". wonder how much that triggered him. and bix spitting facts about andor; how he treats the people who care about him, his lack of self awareness, his lack of accountability. i can't wait to see what's that moment that will finally help him see. • despite dedra being an ISB supervisor, i just really appreciate a deeper dive into someone with the empire that's competent. she's not there for the in-fighting, which i feel we see a lot of in SW (but she's ready to throw down when poked) and she's focused and confident in herself and her work. love that! • syril's mom is so ruthless, but i gotta admit... she's right about what his collar really means LOL • also the old gear and squeaky noises coming out of B2EMO that make it sound like he's whimpering breaks my heart

Not sure if either of you played it, but the actress that plays Deedra Meero(the intense female ISB supervisor), Denise Gough, also plays Yennefer from the Witcher 3 game.
