Yeah Tarrlok is a slimo. Also you were right. Not a non-bender on that council. Makes me wonder though what is the bender/non-bender ratio in the world. Southern Water Tribe had close to zero bender's at the start of AtLA and the Air Nomads had been Order 66'ed

you should try using headphones for audio and then putting a verry blurry foggy fragment of a mirror behind you that reflects like 5% of your screen so people can get a gist of where you are, thats one method i saw a reactor use and its legal hahaha
