Update on things (Patreon)

Hello everyone, been a bit since the last pic. There’s actually a good reason. On June 18th I crashed my motorcycle on the way to work. I’m mostly ok. I got off with a broken left elbow and my right hand is kinda messed up in the thumb and wrist. Other than those injuries I got lots of smaller ones. I was really lucky to only break my elbow. It’ll take 6 weeks to heal. I’m unsure if I’ll be able to go back to my regular job before then. I have a doctors note saying I can’t lift more than 2lbs so if they can meet that requirement I may return to work. If not I’ll be without income from my job for 6 weeks.

As I’m sure some of you know I am a left handed artist so I’m not sure when I’ll be drawing again. I’m gonna try to draw again today depending on how it feels. Since drawing will be my only source of income for possibly 6 weeks. If I’m able to start drawing again soon I wanna finish some updates and probably open some commission slots to help me financially until I go back to work and to help cover medical bills since I don’t have insurance. But, that said even if I can start drawing today it won’t be for long periods of time. It’ll be in short intervals. Because luckily I don’t need surgery for the elbow. But, I don’t want to overdue it and cause more injury. If nothing else I may have to take off drawing for a bit longer depending on how the elbow feels. I hope it’ll be fine to draw. I can’t do much other than watch tv currently. So drawing would help pass the time.
