While making March stuff, I am also planning for April Stuff. Ever since the flavoured honey won the poll for canning-preservation station, I have been thinking about a honey project.

My plans -

1. Fix my old Beekepper box from 2017
- https://modthesims.info/d/594645/functional-beekeeper-box-more-wax-and-honey-update.html

- Add a way to get Season's honey, too
Do you make a rustic/natural version ?

2. Flavoured Honey with canning station - Make bulk boxes like dessert jars. You can directly eat the honey or use it as an ingredient.

Or maybe make single jars which can be opened to get bread with honey.

3. Mead making barrel/appliance - rustic, medieval looking. Add on to nectar making ?

4. Food with Honey ingredient ? Honey toast ?

What other stuff can you think of ?

All great ideas. Honey is used in medicine too - medical honey is used for infection, to help boost the immune system and we use it in massafe therapy (it separates the different skin tissues from each ohter, makes it more intense and is good for the skin too) - https://www.healthline.com/health/honey-on-wounds#How-is-honey-used-on-wounds?. Of course, it is MEDICAL honey, not the one you buy for toast at home, especially not the cheap one from the discounter. So careful! But it might be nice to use it in game to help with sicknesses if it is possible. - https://health.clevelandclinic.org/the-benefits-of-honey-how-to-incorporate-it-into-your-diet/

Recipes involving Cut Honeycomb would be amazing, especially if we could spread it on some warmed breads. Mixed into icecreams or put over desserts, its honestly a favorite treat of mine. Plus it'd look really cute on the models! And if we leave the world of food, honey can be used in a lot of skin-care products that might tie in well with that amazing soapmaking station you made, if you ever wish to add onto that in the future.

White Nougat, I just love it <3

Recipes with honey as an ingredient would be cool -- I'd rather it just used the honey in the game though, unless a flavoured honey is called for. Examples are: Baklava, Honey Cinnamon Rolls, Honey Challah, Honey Cornbread, Honey Cakes, Honey Bars, Honey Butter, and Honey Muffins. And let's also remember that nearly anything can be honey-glazed (such as salmon, carrots, beets, pears, apples and other vegetables and meats and fruits). Anyways, your ideas are always amazing so we'll like whatever you do/come up with! :)

I keep imagining a beeswax lip balm with a really cute buff. I really like @Shana White's suggestion about skin-care products. Shampoos, lotion, cream, soap... I want a dermatology career and worktable for skincare products!

Yeah it was waay before seasons and I kind of abandoned it once seasons was released! But i want to revive it as a base game option and make different meshes for it too so that it fits better in a rustic setting.

One Step Homestead

maybe being able to substitue sugar with honey when baking?

OhTotesMagotes

Honey herbal tea, honey buns, honey glazed ham, honey glazed brisket, my family smokes salmon in honey too, so maybe a honey smoked salmon meal(make on the grill), and then for a breakfast option honey pancakes with fruit slices? Everyone's ideas are so great!

I'm late to this but also definitely honey cakes. They're sooooo good. For a "traditional" look, most people I know bake them in little honeycomb shaped pans. I like to caramelize them a bit on top like creme brulee, but that's definitely personal preference lol

Definitely something old style for Decades Challenges so we can cook off the grid that would be cool :) also I've been researching and they say lard and bread or bread and butter for a lot of people but honey on bread sounds perfect 🥰 💞
