Breakfast is incomplete without pancakes! Right ? Will make a few. Maybe even a mini girdle / pancake maker ( will incorporate my previous pancakes, too). The gridle will eventually make other stuff.
So what are the most commonly eaten pancakes ?

Also, syrups will be made with the canning station!

I love pancakes with herbs in the pastry, then filled with cheese or salmon. Filled with cream cheese and raw vegetables like bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber. Blueberry and pecan ones are common in the US. Okonomiyaki is popular in Japan, lots of middle eastern countries like Atayef. Pajeon are savory Korean pancakes.

Mmm Apple pancakes. Sounds simple but You make the apples with butter cinnamon vanilla and nutmeg and it makes almost like an apple pie filling and you put them on top my absolute favorite

The most popular I see at restaurants and such would be blueberry pancakes and chocolate chip pancakes. My mom loves blackberry pancakes. I myself prefer regular buttermilk pancakes with some maple syrup. :D

Banana pancakes where the banana is actually mashed into the batter until it forms a pudding-like consistency. Once griddled the pancakes' texture comes out almost custard-like (think the middle of a piece of french toast) with a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth quality. Absolutely scrumptious. 😋
