So I have made some progress on this! Pretty excited!

I have set up a ready made meal box subscription service which delivers a box of food everyday. Its a recurring service and not a one time order. Still need to work out the kinks.

Next step will be to add the DIY recipe and ingredient boxes.

I want ideas for Readymade meal boxes! Suggest away.

For the present I have made only one box of main meal - 2 random recipes each day from a selection of 22 of my recipes.

I want to make many more boxes! Want to know what type of readymade meal boxes you want!

Note 1 - For the DIY boxes I will ask you questions later. For that I want to make some new recipes before I rework older recipes to add re ipe books to them.

Note 2 - I want to make some non food boxes too like alcohol, book , candle, preserve, soap etc boxes. Ideas welcome!

Hi, are you still working on this project??

I have made a purchase interaction for the boxes by which there will be doorstep delivery. Recurring subscription was becoming very complicated as I was adding more boxes. So I am pausing that part for the time being.

I really like the idea of candles and soaps for non food boxes. It would be nice to have like a wine, cheese and fruit boxes or beers and snacks. College boxes with microwaves meals, snacks and drinks would be fun! Sleep over or movie night boxes with pizza, burgers and fries or hot dogs with snacks and drinks.

Vegetarian meal boxes - Meal boxes for lactose-intolerant sims - Fancy meal boxes for holidays

Yes and they'd make perfect gifts for birthdays/holidays.

This sounds so exciting. Is there a way to do one time boxes too? I really enjoy cooking in sims, but this would be great for busy days. Also, I know we have a way to make candles, but is there a way there a way to add more candles (sizes & shapes) & make the process quicker?

Maybe food boxes could have an option for choosing between the international food you made - if that is possible (from India, the African countries, the french ones and all your beautiful choices) - alcohol boxes sounds good - herb boxes maybe - fruit and vegetable boxes - flower boxes - soap boxes - book boxes with various themes (maybe linked to hobbys, interests, skills, ages) - toy boxes for children and pets - boxes for pets - crafting boxes (wool for cross stitching or knitting, painting supplies etc)

That can be done! About candles- i was trying to add my candles to the eco living one but its a tedious process and is taking so much time lol.

Food Box Idea's: Chicken Parmesan, collard greens/mac and cheese/fried chicken, Chicken & rice, roasted potatoes and beef with gravy, stuffed salmon/asparagus /mashed potatoes, crab boil, surf/turf, Meatball sliders, turkey/cranberry sauce/spinach/cream cheese.

I like the idea of themed or specific food boxes. Dietary food boxes: healthy food only, vegetarian food, lactose-free food Seasonal: Summer (salads and cold foods), Winter warmers (soups and stews) Budget: Basics (cheapest foods to make), Mid-Range, Luxury Other themes: Desserts only, Coffee/Tea boxes, Comfort Foods, Regional (Indian, Chinese, American, etc); Grill boxes, Grand Meal boxes, Pizza Boxes, Nectar Boxes, your Preserves boxes (canning station) etc For non-food, you have a great range of candles and soaps that lend themselves well to subscription boxes. Could even have like a pamper box with a nectar, candle and soap combo. Or tea, soap, candle for the non-alcoholic options. If you ever decide to do other beauty products (masks, lotions, etc) those would also be great :D

I would like a seafood delivery. Crabs, crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, scallops. oysters etc... Can we also get candy? Sims don't have candy.

icemunmun

I have a candy dispenser her - https://modthesims.info/d/584721/functional-candy-dispenser-with-edible-candies-updated-2-12-2022.html

I like the idea of using your candles and soaps in non food boxes. You could also have themed boxes that are a mix of food and non food items for certain holidays.

Lizzie S.

I echo the themed holiday boxes idea. I love the concept of getting a different collection of food, drink, and non-edible options for holidays like Winterfest, Egg Day, Valentine's, Spooky, and Harvestfest. And maybe a seasonal one too - like spring, summer, fall, and winter - to celebrate the different things these seasons offer. It would be cool to see different cultural themed boxes - Selvadoradan, Komorebian, etc.
