an au of them having bbs. 006 would be the first to have one, simply because he forgot to change or eliminate sex. he is so used to having sex that he found it more annoying to remove the sex organs than to just 'keep it' cus 'i might  need them later'. fast forward a few months and somehow a baby is born! a happy accident of course as the baby inherited lots of traits from 006, especially the sleepiness. 006 and the baby bonded rather quickly and the baby would yearn to sleep in 006's arms. but the other parent would likely be 007, since 007 is the most common partner of the night.
