from different classes. this is nowhere near satisfactory for me, but this is a template of ideas of who wears what.

mages wear jewelry and almost always wear cloth with patterns or colors. high mages are commonly known to wear head tops, flat in particular. they mimic but not always the appearance of shamans. but their headdress makes the distinction clear.

fancier clothes includes longer skirts with the occasional color or design.

royalty are known to have full color and full designs, depending on rank and money, the designs are more elaborate. they also are allowed crowns, which is a general class prohibited piece. usually uplifted for dancers, and ceremonies and certain special celebrations. these crowns are still in development so the ones you see are prototypes. the ones im thinking are even more elaborate, big, and hefty pieces.

hig royalty are the ones that wear large crowns while the lower classes wear smaller crowns.

dancers are the profession that tends to have elaborate designs and clothes, meant for entertainment. these pieces are not worn or allowed for everyday or formal occasions. they are meant for the profession to wear and use during events. they usually consists on bright layered clothes, or frilled from top to bottom for more elaborate displays of movement. they are the rare few that wear tops, the neck to chest piece.

shamans, they are exclusively seen in long drapery clothes, usually of one to two long pieces of cloth. they are also the rare few that have detailed or more likely, deeply colored clothes. some of them have elaborate designs but it is more common for them to have just have colors. if they do have designs, they are usually spiritual and religious in nature, with specific designs related to their specialty.

shamans wear their clothes in all occasions, formal or not. they can wear fancier ones if they wish but all the clothes for a shaman is acceptable for every occasion. this shows the respect shamans are put in society, where their clothes dont matter and their status transcends etiquette. infact, those draped styles are kept for shamans only, almost no imp no matter class wear such a style.

personally i am not satisfied with this, i want to hone in on the patterns and who wears what patterns, colors exclusivity and region specific skirt styles. i know that at-least  for normal imps, skirts above the waist is rare and usually means pregnancy, while it is considered a trend for nobles to wear high skirt fashion regardless of the original meaning. i know layered clothes are associated with dancers and high royalty. i know that silver is associated with shamans, and gold with royalty. things like agate and jade have their respective associations with mages.

polished wood and polished rocks usually for normal imps, and even for the mages, their headdress is carved with wood rather than crafted with metal.
