of all the numbers, my favorite is 2. idk i like their design alot.

hes very standoffish and does his job with little to no distractions. he and 001 hate humans the most.  (one hates humans the most out of all the numbers,)  even though zero saw the worst of humanity during their time trapped in the lab.

2 is also the most curious about zero. always wondering about zero's treatment before 2 existed. zero's telepathy has a few kinks in it, and sometimes the numbers when they sleep at the same time as zero, would experience zero's memories or dreams. most often zero's nightmares are what the numbered would see. as times go on, 2, who often sleeps near and at the same time as zero, would catch glimpses of zero's dreams and memories. this little snapshots show a very painful time, full of sorrow, helplessness, and resignation. he wonders how zero can still be sane after all that. the stitches evidence of the time zero was the closest to dying. yet.. zero is not the one with hatred in their heart. due to these dreams and memories, 2 can guess that what zero wants the most is peace. to sleep forever and live looking at the sky, feel the wind and smell the earth. it overrides zero's anger, even fears. though these nightmares are always troubling, it always wakes zero, and keeps them up for days. sometimes sleeping is hard when you don't want to dream of the worst moment of your life. even 2 who sometimes becomes a spectator to those dreams, always feel terrible, like it was his own trauma. all the numbered don't say it, but you can tell who has been visited with one of those dreams.

it only makes 2 curious as well as angry, at zero's behalf, but at their existence as a whole. he hates humanity, whether they are individually responsible or not doesn't matter, he views them all terribly. for the sin of playing god, 2 and 1 hopes the worst for them. 2 is also one of the best mannered though, so he is often shown publicly. many jobs that involve bodyguarding or supervising a public but possibly dangerous event. which is quite annoying for him, someone who doesn't want to even be near humans.

on more than one occasion, when humans talk to him, he either shuts them down, or engages in vitriol. unlike humans, 2 doesn't go out of his way to attack, preferring to ignore there existence wholly. while someone like 7 loves to chat with humans, not because they love humans, but 7 finds them 'interesting'

7 has a big superiority over humans, two doesn't stop 7 from thinking that way. inwardly, two thinks humans as scum, so its not like this superiority 7 has is unwanted, just different.

anyways, on another note, since 2 is mild mannered compared to his vitriol, people seem to enjoy stepping into his space. it doesn't help that two has the least amount of eyes, making him appear somewhat more palatable. they'd ask invasive questions, such as sex or attraction. all the numbered aren't born with parts perse, its more of an option that they can choose to have. so 2 is no exception. infact, whenever this type of question is brought, it makes him angry, even disgusted. while 7 likes to humour humans, making jokes and turning the question back on them. after all, if they are so curious, 7 has every right to ask the same.

one and two together are hard to approach. one is even 'nicer' than 2, but is far more intimidating when you get one angry. as 2 is non violent, one is. one doesn't want humans to even touch them.  one is best used for more solitary missions. he doesn't play well with any human interaction, no matter how pleasant he may seem from a distance. his level of curtsey is jarring compared to his violence. one is always and will be against humans all the time. he actively wishes to kill them. 2, while not actively wishing to kill, won't be in any rush to care. 

besides that, 2 is one of the only numbered that is invested into learning even the worst of what zero had experienced. he wants to know more of zero as a person, and that include all of their history. 2 doesn't forgive, and will never forget. 2 and one care for zero the most, nearly volunteering whenever they have the time. zero is quite pleasant to be with after all. the silence and general peace, is what 1 and 2 can relate with. even with the hatred in their heart, they also love the peace and quiet.

i had a whole dream sequence of 2 talking about what zero feels, wondering how they live, what goes on in there minds. are those nightmares real? how does zero feel whenever they have them, is it possible that what 2 sees in those dreams, are not even the worst? how zero is marred and unable to function alone for long periods of time, how zero retains their sanity, even such foreign kindness.  is zero one person, or is zero the amalgamation of all before them, even before zero existed themself? all those colors that make up zero, can they be considered the pieces of the others? the others that did not survive from the 'trials'? these are but little things that my dream had. it also had aspects of 2 interacting with all the others, ordering the other numbered around, being responsible, and having scenes where the numbered where on the field exercising. joking, running, brushing up on their military skills, when zero would come by and say hello. these moments would make 2 think, think of them all existing, how their basis of creation was never peaceful.
