Dream Oc types (Patreon)

i realize that if i'm too keep dreaming of new stories, that ill eventually make to many one-off characters...and instead do what i have been doing in my dreams all this time. Template Ocs.

every time i have a story in my head, these are the designs that always pop-up for it. many monster stories, love stories, hero stories. they are look sliiiiigghhtly different but have key similarities. The main Chara is often the brown haired one, and the other is the love interest.  mechanic and business-men or the often professions, which can be either of them. in generic hero societies, mechanic wins out, and i often go with the monster boy route in different ways. the survivor of a human experiment turn monster, the born monster, the self-creation.  the other is, (main Chara, POV) long lost best-friend, the one who keeps the secret, the second scientist.

in other dreams, the main chara is a possessed body, or a monster living the ordinary life, with a long-term partner (the love interest).

in one story, the love interest was an athlete that suffered a spinal injury that led him needing pain medication and extensive physiotherapy to regain more movement in his legs, with the possibility of never being able to run or walk. through out the story, the newly possessed person is self-monologuing at the memories of the original person, and every-time he tries to leave, something always compels him to stay, if its dinner, if its to watch a movie, to go on walks, to shop, to shower together, anything that involves his love interest, it immediately overrides the control of the monster feelings. eventually after two years, the monster comes to terms that he is the original owner, and the original is him, that they merged into one rather than the monster winning out. this realization was after his partner was able to walk for the first time since the injury, and was a huge source of joy and tears, seeing that they struggled for years to get to this point. even if this is as far as he can go, it was a huge milestone anyways for the both of them. how every moment they watched dumb movies, ate dinner, went shopping, did the morning and nightly routines... it was all pleasant, even sought after.  he was happy when he saw him, he was worried when his partner's injury would flare, he finds all their jokes funny and witty, even the dumb ones, always looks forward to his hair being braided  by his partner, there on most of the appointments, and was the happiest when there was progress.

that's just one story that involves these designs. there personalities always differ, from coldhearted, secretive, dumb and genuine, sweet, worry-worts, brash or intelligent, and more, which makes the bread and butter if most plot progression, and the funny ways these characters interact.

this all to say, ill be re-using them for the sake of stories. I have many emotional and romantic stories, and some nsfw that involve them, and trying to pick a new design for them all the time is a struggle. in another way, its like using your favorite character from a manga/story and putting them into different AUs, like the cafe, or mermaid au, or supernatural au, or 'oh god and they were room-mates' au.
