it came from all the fantasy/virtual reality/ isekai game into real world/ Types of webtoons that I read! Main character is usually a generic brown or black haired “unassuming” chara, while everyone else usually boasts different looks and unique armor or personalities (Usually though, they are based off of trope personalities) and sometimes a harem of girls are involved, usually strong or powerful, sometimes they are weak or completely non combat orientated.
so… I’ll make the MC a mid tier at best, alchemist (non combatant) who happens to have good connections to the strongest people in the world. That mostly includes girls, but some men are there too (we gotta have at least that one male love interest for my harem to be complete 😌) 

hes aware of his limits but is generally a preppy guy who cheers others on! He’s also not passive, with an attitude to people who always looks down at him or jealous of his friendships. he may not be able to win at a fight, but he at least can speak his mind and run away!  
all the other girls and guys have met him at some point, usually before they became strong. he always gave them potions, even if they weren’t the best one could buy, they found his efforts to be more than endearing. he also helped them along the journey, or offered his support without much in return. So like… they kinda like him and all 😳 and mutually agreed to protect him at all costs! They also Have their own collections of his potions, like some art collector, often boasting to each other what new thing they got from him. it’s a whole thing amongst the upper ranks that the people below them have a hard time understanding. They just couldn’t bring themselves to use his gifts and preferred to just keep them!
he’s just happy he could do alchemy! Even if he isn’t the best, it’s his favorite thing to do!
