Aww geez this is so nice. Look how unsure Evan is. The fidgety fingers, the unwillingness to meet his partner's eyes in the last few panels. You can feel his insecurity? Wrong footedness? Hope. Yes! You can feel his hope. Hope that this will all work out but you can simultaneously feel how fragile this idea is to him. This relationship isn't traditional but it still shares the growing pains of being in one. You did such a great job showing that!
