Aww Jonathan was reluctant to pull away. This is great subtext. I love how he says one thing "it was quite comfy" but since we as the reader know more about his past we know there's more to it than that. The way he holds Vladd like he doesn't want him to leave, like he's filing the memory away 😭. Great subtext, and in my opinion one of the hardest fucking things to write but you nailed it!

It doesn't fall on just the top, or the bottom, or whoever to carry everything. Anyone can wear frills and anyone can have emotional wounds and react in a realistic way.
