Sirens (Patreon)

my own version! With a complicated story behind it- such as being the discriminated and persecuted group who end up starting and successfully complete a rebellion for their rights- ultimately taking over the government.  

i like the idea of sirens so I’ll draw them “in general” but the specifics are this story. The main two characters are the ones above who end up getting together- but also be in an open relationship with others. The main thing they’re working on is getting their freedoms back.

all sirens have the ability to use their siren voice (unless something was done to prevent or remove the possibility)

-all but a few exceptions need to sing in order to activate it

-sirens can’t affect each other, only other animals .(includes humans) 

-all sirens are obligate carnivores, no matter if they’re  100% or 2% , if they are capable of singing siren, they need meat. (60-100% range) 

-all sirens are extremely empathetic, carrying the ability to recognize, identify, and describe other people’s emotions in a capacity far beyond humans.
- all sirens have a range of sharp teeth, depending on their genetic makeup (2% - 100%)  in general more canine teeth = very much more siren

-same for pupil structure! Most sirens have goat eyes in neutral, but it can deform Depending on intervening human genetics.
-The pupil shapes above are all the ways a siren can emote through their eyes! That is not the shapes of what a  human-siren mix may have been born with!

- all sirens can have a range of intensity in their siren voice, from a tentative lull, to a full blown brainwash like effect. It ”can” have permanent effects if a siren has never properly practiced their singing.

-all sirens are as mortal as any human. 

-sirens singing to each other is a calming and group bonding Event. It is mostly used that way too.
