A dream I had (Patreon)

The gist is written in the post, but one more thing to add. As the character above reaches adulthood, they meet with someone they like and become so dangerous that the government that “took” care of them is too afraid to stop them from doing what they want. As they start dating this person, their love for them inadvertently exposed them to transform. this love interest eventually becomes one of the special humans, matching in strength and danger. As a kid, (000) Was exploited and it damaged their psychological state enough to cause the first of a few meltdowns that resulted in mass casualties. After that event, and one other, the people responsible (Who were the government at the time) backed off and instead catered to 000 as much as possible. the catering worked and 000 was much more cooperative in giving pieces of themselves for them. Eventually At puberty, they started to regenerate and heal from the previous damages to their body. The government now tried to emotionally manipulate 000 into removing more critical pieces Till the second meltdown happens. This caused a whole governmental shutdown, and many critical leaders have died. now 000 was considered priority 1 (to appease them)  Or else risk an even worse meltdown (As they began to realize That they Lost the opportunity to permanently kill 000).  000 wanted to go to school and live out a more or less normal life, so after a few years, 000 gained the next ability in shape shifting. 000 went and changed their appearance to look like a normal teenager. As they began to enroll in high school (11or 12 grade) they meet someone they like, a hyper friendly and outgoing personality type character who immediately tries to have 000 fit in comfortably.  They begin to mutually grow feelings for each other as 000 feels more accustomed and “normal”. It culminated to the government Intervening to try to remove any stress on 000, ultimately backfiring as they went stead and threatend the love interest of 000 and their family, if the love interest ever denied or tried to fight with 000. (they would kill the family if so) 000 found out about this and went mad, immediately attacked the ones responsible (or a guess of who) and was very close to another meltdown. 000 was approached by the love interest and was able to calm down. Explaining it to them, and understanding if they no longer want to communicate. The love interest Decline becasue they already know too much, and the government will always keep watch likely silence (or kill) them if 000 stopped Contact. (Also the love interest can understand that 000 is often at the mercy of the governments actions an I ultimately left alone and lonely From having no real relationships). 000 loved this person so much that overtime and (getting older= more powerful) constant exposure, it transferred into the love interest becoming like 000, abilities and all (not as strong, as the love interest has to slowly stockpile their strength  and power through aging).  Now there is two. 000 and 001- the continuation of their kind has now started. this then lead to a series of events where their kind proliferates and controls territories over the general populace. Essentially becoming powerhouses like the humans did before.
