Breaking the princess 0.29 (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

We are done with the bathhouse and theater scenes!  I actually made a mistake in the last build.  I forgot to add 5 scenes in the theater for some reason.  I added them to this build so we’re all good.

I also added a few polishes to help you guys.  I added a warning if you go over your action budget and I made save slot #1 be an autosave.  If you are currently using it for your main save, don’t worry.  Just load it like normal and save in another slot from now on.  Both of these polishes were asked by one of you guys and I would encourage you to give more of your opinions.  The good (boosts my morale and helps make sure I don’t change something that people like) and the bad (helps me see when you need more help with something or identifies weak points in the game)

My lovely wife also finished another BG for us.  She’s having lots of fun making intricate backgrounds.  She almost managed to finish Aquarine’s one but sadly ran out of time.

The deets:

- 5 new scenes for the bathhouse.

- 10 new scenes for the theater.

- Added a warning if actions to be used (the red number) are higher than the present actions maximum (blue number).

- Made save slot #1 be an auto save at the start of each round so that you can always restart if you make a mistake and forgot to save.

- New BG (on top of the wall).

- BUG: fixed destroy function on buildings.

- BUG: fixed Aquarine safety percentage.  (it didn’t take into account some number changes)

- BUG: fixed a way you could soft lock yourself with Aquarine or Hunting tabs.

This next month, I’m going to do a lot more polishing.  There’s a list of things I or others noticed that could work better so I want to do a few of those.  I also plan to write a bit to advance the main story.  Lastly, I’ll prep for making the hero tokens change as things happen.  ^_^  That’s right!  The main guys will upgrade as the game goes on.  Look forward to it.

I will also take the next week off.  It’s my usual birthday vacation but I also need it after this horrible summer of dealing with one contractor after another.  I can feel my mind starting to slow down so I’ll make sure to recover hardcore.  Hehe.  I am going to relax my brain and just vegetate for a while.
