What about to fusion there ideas? 

Like the character is tickled by a goat tongue, human tongue, ect... In torture situation. 

Tell me if you like this idea. I can modifiate that. Like I can add torture tickling like only footship (no tickle), depending characters. 

And sucking feet is a good idea. 

So I will see to add this like torture tickle, depending your opinion.
