What are some ways you would suggest to "fix" Survivor in 2023?

(These may be used for an upcoming video releasing later this month, if you explain your reasoning then it is more likely to be inlcuded.)

I want more villainous personalities. Also a winner with a villain’s edit.

1. I agree with more tribe swaps again. People are too cozy in their little family units with the new seasons. Instead of all these advantages trying to break up the alliances, why not just do random tribe swaps every couple of episodes? It would force the players to adapt and be more social and strategic. Then at the merge, throw in an idol or advantage or 2, to add a touch of chaos once the player movement has stopped. 2. On that note, let's go back to 2 tribes to start with. Or this crazy idea: 4 tribes of 5, with only reward challenges for the first few days. Then individual immunity challenge times 4. 4 Tribal councils, with 4 "first boots" to close out the long 2 hour premiere. Episode 2, the 4 tribes randomly merge into 2, for episode 2. Then Episode 3, they break into 3 random tribes of 5. Episode 4, back to 2 tribes of 7. Etc. Sure, would be chaos for the viewers and editors to follow for a while, but if we're going to 90 minutes, there will be more time to see the story happen. Also, that's chaos from the game, and how the players adapt, and not chaos from random twists and advantages and fuckery. 3. Get away from Fiji, explore new themes and scenes. 4. Stop reusing the same puzzles. 5. Celebrity or Family Edition. This is a joke, please don't do this, CBS.
