As I work on the story of Vecepia video, I always forget how slow the process is, until I make the video. It goes as such...

1. Watch every single episode - 10 Hours

2. Take notes after each episode - 10 Hours

3. Write the script - 7 Hours

4. Record the script - 1 hour

5. Edit the final video - 10 Hours

Which comes out to around 38 hours which is equivalent to a normal work week. However, I really think each video is worth the time and effort.

In comparison, a non-story video probably takes 8 hours, not counting the watching of each episode.

Just wanted to let you all know what the process is like and why these story videos aren't very frequent.

This is why I like this channel more then other survivor channels, because it's quality over quantity, in other channels they seem to be a copy paste format off of each other, the same thing every time, the same opinion every time, where as in these videos we are able to see so much more of the strategy and mental games the players on the show have and it can help us articulate and appreciate the seasons a lot better.

Thanks Charlie. It is tempting to go for quantity and make more videos, faster, for easy views. But I would like to think of these videos as time capsules, which is why I try never to bring up a future season, otherwise it becomes dated and if I reference a current event in Winners at War to compare to Rob in Marquesas. Though him making people dump their bags is classic Robfather. Your guys support makes all this happen.
