[What's New] Update creator page and tier descriptions (Patreon)

The tier description "monthly post" notation was misleading, so we unified the notation and Removed classification of monthly post. (Originally, it meant that any of the contents listed would be monthly posted.)

Although the notation has been changed, there will be no change in our activity policy, and we will continue to aim to post something every month as much as possible. And if there is room, I will try to increase the number of posts.

The creator page (top page) has been shortened to make it easier to read, as it had been too long. Please check my website for character introductions and other information I've removed.
