How is it that we haven't designed a classic pencil skirt for Patreon yet???

I'm so excited to share with you the Wanda Pencil Skirt! It is the perfect separate destined to become a tailored staple in your wardrobe, and it mixes with our Lamour-series, too!

Inspired by Wanda Woodward from the movie Cry-Baby, the skirt is destined to bring out your inner bad girl with its thigh slit up to there (with or without invisible zipper for adjusting from day to night).

But of course we've given you options! Omit the thigh slit and go for the couture-worthy back vent, and it's a perfectly elegant princess-seamed skirt for day or night. We've shown you how to fully line the skirt with a back vent, an advanced technique that will take your sewing to the next level.

You can also create a stunning wiggle dress with Wanda and any of our Lamour-series bodices like the Lamour and Liz Dresses, the Landis Bodice, the Mariner Top, or the Las Vegas Halter Top (with more coming soon)!

Suzie and I created our own Wanda fantasies with imitation leather, the Rita Blouse, and lots of sass! For all the fabric and supplies, check out the written instructions at the bottom of this post for links and recommendations.

You'll also find the tiled file (for printing at home on A4 or letter size sheets and taping together) and the A0 file (for printing at a copy shop like pdfplotting.com). Please note that we now have two size blocks, so make sure to download the correct files for the size you're making. If you have any questions about the new range, don't forget to read our blog post with all the details!

xoxo,

Gertie

P.S. As a reminder, please do not share these photos or patterns anywhere (including to other social media sites) so that we can keep creating exclusive new content for you.

Would the wanda skirt work with tbe liz bodice?

Anonymous

Hello! Not sure if this is the place to ask since I don't know if anyone keeps track of new comments but I want to make the Wanda Las Vegas Halter combo dress! I was wondering if I should still interface the skirt top as per instructions or leave it out as it's attaching to the top? Thanks! 🖤
