IMPORTANT! Missing Merit Badges (Patreon)

Hi all! As you may have heard, we are experiencing extreme delays and missing shipments with USPS due to their covid-related capacity issues. We've been very disappointed that these issues have continued and affected our ability to get your merit badges to you. 

As you may have also heard, we're shifting to a new theme starting on January 1st (though Camp Gertie will live on in our hearts!). In light of this, we want to make a plan to make sure we've done everything possible to get you your merit badges. Don't worry, we won't leave you hanging!

We are seeing merit badge shipments take an average of six weeks to reach you. That said, if you are still missing merit badges from prior months, we have created a form for you to report your missing badges.

Please fill out this form to let us know what badges you're missing, so we can prepare a reshipment. UPDATE: We have added the November and December badges to the form.

Please note: The Merit Badges are available only if you were a patron for that month, so when you join you don't get access to past badges. Please confirm before listing a badge as missing that you were eligible for that one (aka, a member on Patreon at the time in a tier that received merit badges). If you want a badge from before you were a Patron, we'll have them available for sale soon on the Charm site!

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND PATRONS, PLEASE NOTE: USPS has paused mailings to Australia and New Zealand given covid-related capacity issues. Your October, November and December badges are being held until we are allowed to resume shipments again. UPDATE: Australia has finally begun shipments again, so October, November and December badges and yearly gifts are going out this week. Unfortunately, New Zealand is still not open to USPS.
