May's Merit Badge Update (Patreon)

Hi everyone! Have you missed my regular merit badge updates? I just wanted to let you know that all badges have been sent for this month! Please allow at least a month (especially if you're international) for your May collar badge to arrive.

I also wanted to mention that we've been hearing from lots of scouts that they're still waiting for badges from previous months, even though they've all been shipped! Ugh! Please start by troubleshooting and checking your address in your Patreon profile. We've noticed many badges have been returned due to unknown or incorrect addresses, and we've reached out to those people by email--so check your inboxes! And also contact your local post office if you're seeing unusual issues with deliveries. We're happy to send merit badges to alternate addresses in the future if you are unable to receive USPS deliveries and haven't received your badges from previous months. 

Unfortunately, it seems USPS is still running incredibly slowly and inconsistently. We're seeing international shipments take months at times, which is obviously incredibly frustrating for you! Given my experience shipping throughout this pandemic, I strongly believe our initial shipments will eventually make it to you. If you can find it in your Charm Scout hearts to be patient with us, I think it will pay off in the end (and give us more time for designing rather than re-shipping!) 

The most important thing I can update you on is that we are committed to everyone receiving all of their merit badges! I know some of you have been very frustrated by not receiving your badges or receiving them slowly, but I promise you that every single scout will get their badges--even if I have to take my pink Shasta on the road and hand deliver them to you. Please be patient with us as we answer your queries and try to sort out this unexpectedly complicated process. 

I can't wait until we all have our sashes fully decorated with merit badges!
