Merit Badge Madness (Please Read!) (Patreon)

Hi campers! There (understandably) still seems to be a bit of confusion about the merit badge situation, so please give this post a careful read if you have questions. And yes, I am considering giving us all a merit badge in merit badges just for getting through this post: the most meta of badges!

1. March (pants) merit badges were mailed by March 31st (with an exception to the $16 tier ONLY), see point below). I literally hauled the last batch down to the mail room ON March 31st; I did it very glamorously, I promise. International first class mail can take up to 3 weeks. This means that if you haven't received the March (pants) badge by April 21st (which is still two weeks from now) and you are in the $10 or $19 tier, then please contact us.

2. $16 tier ONLY: there was an error for March badges that applies to this tier ONLY. If you are in the $16 tier, your March (pants) badge will be mailed together with the April badges (knits and menswear). See below for update on the April shipment. You should have received an email from Melisha yesterday acknowledging the error and giving you an update. 

3. April badges (ALL tiers): the saga continues! On top of all this, we had to update our packaging for the merit badge mailings, which involved ordering a boatload of custom envelopes which are not arriving until later this month. Once again, we anticipate the April mailing going out around the very end of the month. This means that your package with the April badges (knits and menswear) will arrive by May 21st, which is 6 weeks from now.

Thanks so much for bearing with us as we've navigated this new system. I can only say I hope it will get smoother as the year goes on. I know it's hard to be patient sometimes, but just think of the badges as something that is going on for the full year and we promise they will all eventually make it to you. They're meant to be fun, not stress you out! I swear.
