This month's first Patreon exclusive project (there are more coming!) is an expansion on the Rita Blouse, but made with Bishop Sleeves in a lace fabric. This video shows you my top tips for sewing in lace, including stabilizing seams and how to deal with elastic show-through. And don't forget that all Charm PDFs are currently 15% off with the code STAYHOMEANDSEW, so you can get the Rita Blouse PDF on sale.

To get the sleeve pattern piece  and written instructions, you must be in the $7 tier or above. All material and supply sources are in the instructions as well. Please see my separate post with those downloads! I can't wait to see your blouses. Don't forget to use the hashtag #ritablouse!

P.S. Please note that the pattern expansion includes sizes 2-20, which will be the updated range for the Rita Blouse upon our next reprint. Stay tuned!

These seam suggestions are good transferrable skills for the night and day square neck, in black velvet, with lace bishop sleeves. It works perfectly.
