Painting Practice (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

Here's just a little miscellaneous post to show off some stuff I've been stuyding lately. I've been sharing them on our discord server, but I thought it would also be fun to share my progress here too!

I've been trying to learn how to properly paint for a long while now, and its feeling like I'm finally making some good progress again. This stuff takes like 100% of my brain to come out but it feels really satisfying!

Before the skull studies up there I had done some apple rendering exercises to get my foot on the door:

And now I've started working on the exercises where I draw the skulls but from imagination this time:

(I'm only showing the latest one I've drawn because I'm too embarassed of how wonky the others turned out hahaha)

But yeah, just a quick little update to break up our posting routine a bit and show some of the progress I've been making behind the scenes. Now back to work so we can get the next fanart animation posted this weekend!
