Jam filling (Patreon)

with the arrival of November, it is a tradition to prepare jams, especially persimmons and citrus fruits. However it is usually store it in glass jars, very rarely use it right away to make cakes and pastries. But this time the jam, as it was cooking, looked too kawaii and the thought of locking it up in a dark storeroom for months was too sad...
